To reset the font database, go to programs on start menu, check for the CorelDraw folder click to open, hold F8 and click on the Corel Font Manager.
Do not release the F8 key, till you get a popup message either to restore the application or font database.
Click the both checkbox and press okay.

The folder is located on appData, a folder that contains all application data installed on the computer, the V2.1 path is folder: “C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Corel\Databases\V2.1\”
The username should be replaced with your system username.
You can as well locate the V2.1 folder by pressing “Windows + R” to Run, type %appdata% and press okay.
On the appData folder that displays, click to open the Roaming folder, once its open locate the Corel folder to open as well.
Next open the Databases folder then rename the V2.1 folder to something else or add number or text to it.
After renaming the folder go to your CorelDraw application and click to open, this time a fresh V2.1 folder will be created, and your application will launch to its interface without any error.
